The Abilene Police Department has released its updated list of the Top 10 Most Wanted suspects, and officers are asking the public for help locating these individuals. Crime Stoppers is once again stepping up with cash rewards for information that leads to an arrest, and every tip remains 100% anonymous.

As someone who’s lived in Abilene for decades and has countless friends in local law enforcement, I know how much our community relies on Abilene Crime Stoppers. Your tip could be the one that helps police close a case or bring a violent offender into custody.

How Crime Stoppers Rewards Work in Abilene

APD wants the public to know exactly how the reward system functions. If your anonymous tip leads to the arrest of a wanted felon, you can earn $100, and for misdemeanor warrants, the reward is $50.

When suspects are highlighted during the “Most Wanted of the Week,” Crime Stoppers may offer higher rewards during that airing period, some up to $1,000.

Tips can be submitted through:

  • 325-676-TIPS (8477)
  • 1-800-868-8477
  • Online Web Tips

Crime Stoppers emphasizes that urgent tips, like knowing a wanted person’s exact location at that moment, should be made by phone to ensure a faster response.
