As someone who has lived in Texas all of my life, I can honestly say that I have had maybe 2 things on this list. It's just not my cup of tea to dive into a plate of rattlesnakes or gorge myself on liver and onions. But, to each their own.

One thing is for sure, it shows the culinary diversity that Texans have as we like to grub on many other things besides BBQ, tacos, and chicken-fried steak.
