Not Many Details Released Regarding This Case

After the arrest took place, law enforcement searched Rausch’s home. He is facing five counts of child pornography, three of those charges are first-degree felonies, two are second-degree felonies.

He is also facing two felonies at the federal level, which is why the total number of charges is seven.

Rausch will have his day in court soon, although when I tried to look him up in the Harris County Jail, it looked like he had been released.
