Oklahoma Inmate Hangs From Van Window Seeking Escape
Well, if this isn't one of the wildest things my lookin' balls(eyes) have ever seen, I don't know what is! Drivers in Oklahoma got quite a shock when they saw a prisoner hanging out of the back window of a transport van, orange uniform and all, begging people on the road to help him escape. You can watch the video by scrolling down.
I'm not sure what this rascal is expecting someone to do. Are they supposed to pull up behind the van so that he can jump onto the hood of their car like freakin' Indiana Jones?
Also, are we sure this wasn't a stunt for a movie or something like that?
Inmate Video Confirmed Real by OK Department of Corrections
Nope, it's definitely real. The Oklahoma Department of Corrections later confirmed the incident was real, not a prank. Officials explained that during the ride, the inmate managed to damage part of the van, which gave him enough room to squeeze halfway out.

No drivers stopped to help him, and police quickly handled the situation.
Officials said the transport officers followed the rules, but the whole thing is now being reviewed to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Even though these situations don’t happen often, they show how dangerous it can be to move inmates outside of prison.
