Stay Safe This Holiday Season with iWatchTexas Alerts

They’re encouraging everyone to use iWatchTexas, an app that lets you report suspicious activity straight to law enforcement. It’s not for emergencies, but it’s an easy way to share something that feels wrong without calling 911. Sending in a report usually takes less than five minutes, and even small details can help keep your community and family safer.

With the app, you can send photos, locations, and descriptions so trained analysts can check things out. Most reports don’t turn into major cases, but officials say early information can make a big difference if something serious is going on.

If it is an emergency, you still need to call 911. But for anything that just feels suspicious, iWatchTexas is there to help.
