Attending a Dallas Stars game, you expect to see and hear certain things. Pantera is a must, Bing Bong, and shouting Stars during the national anthem are a few. One thing has been noticeably missing for several months and that is Nick Moroch who has season tickets right behind one of the goals. He has become known as 'glass banger guy'.

We've known Nick in Dallas for years as the guy with the BANG sign who bangs on the glass when the puck is near the goal. Last year Nick got national attention when arguably the biggest hockey podcast called out his antics. The two started a beef and has been a topic on their show in the months since.

Where Has Glass Banger Been?

Looks like Nick has gotten in some legal troubles throughout the years. Looks like he was on his third DUI which put him on probation. According to the Dallas Observer, Nick failed to check in with his probation officer in September which put a warrant out for his arrest. He got into a traffic accident in November and when officers ran his license saw he had a warrant out for his arrest he was placed in handcuffs. According to Nick, his lawyers failed to notify him about this warrant. He has been spending the past few months in a correctional facility in Wilmer, Texas.

Glass Banger is Free!

According to Nick's X page, he is free and his first post says 'LFG STARS'. We will wait and see if he is behind the goal on Wednesday night in the first game of the Western Conference Final. Safe to assume if Nick is out, he will be at that game. Some fans are worried that Glass Banger may curse the team with how good they have been doing recently.

Just like the Incredible Hulk has to smash, Nick will have to Bang. Can't wait for puck drop on Wednesday.
