That's exactly what happened in this case allowing this East Texas fugitive to be featured on the most wanted list in the Lone Star State. There is soon to be another vacancy because another one has been captured.

Rondarrius Devon Idae Evans - A Texas Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive

Since 2024, Bowie County authorities have been searching for Rondarrius Evans because he is wanted for two counts of capital murder for his involvement in a double homicide that occurred in New Boston in July 2024.

Evans, who also goes by DaeDae, has ties to Bowie, Camp, Titus, Franklin, and Morris Counties.

Warrants for his arrest for two counts of capital murder were issued on August 11, 2024, out of Bowie County. There is also a warrant issued from Titus County on March 14, 2025, for failure to appear stemming from a prior drug-offense-related arrest according to the Texas Department Of Public Safety records.

Evans is considered to be armed and dangerous. He is described as being 6 feet tall and weighing around 175 pounds.
