Imagine waking up in the morning right before heading out to the gym or work and reaching for a Celsius energy drink to help get you that little pump you need to start the day!

Ok, now imagine chugging that Celsius drink and minutes later thinking: “Why do I feel drunk?” Then reading an article online saying your "energy boost" could actually be a vodka seltzer in disguise.

*SCREAMS IN SPANISH*

Well that can actually happen because High Noon just issued a recall after realizing that some of its alcoholic Beach Variety Pack cans were accidentally labeled as Celsius Astro Vibe Energy Drink, Sparkling Blue Razz Edition. So instead of sipping 0% alcohol vibes, you might be shotgunning a boozy beach blast. Eek!!

This Celsius Can Might Be More “Vibe” Than You Bargained For

According to the FDA, the mix-up affects an unspecified number of cans that were shipped out to stores in Florida, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin between July 21 and July 23.

The mislabeled cans are silver-topped and look like regular Celsius energy drinks, but they’re actually filled with High Noon vodka seltzer. That means this mix-up could pose a serious risk if someone unknowingly drinks one thinking it’s alcohol-free. Think kids, pregnant people, or someone just trying to stay sober before leg day!!!

So if you recently grabbed a pack of Celsius Astro Vibe Sparkling Blue Razz and something feels off, maybe don’t chug it just yet. Double-check those cans.

Because mistaking vodka for vitamin B12? That’s not a feeling you want to experience at the gym or at work!
