FitFam El Paso, You’re the real MVP:

This sweet story began with a simple post that was shared on a local Facebook group, Moms on Board. Mrs. Florangela Calderon, a beloved retired educator and EPISD “Teacher of the Year,” is currently battling Stage 4 terminal cancer and with time running short, her one wish was to witness her daughter Elliana’s quinceañera. 

She only had one simple ask: Help finding a simple gold dress for Elliana to wear for her Hollywood-themed celebration.

The post got in the hands of FitFam of El Paso and they shared it on their Instagram page and Within hours of the post hitting social media the response was overwhelming. 

Local businesses and community members came together to donate not just a dress, but everything needed to turn Elliana’s quince into a dream event. We’re talking full glam makeup, stunning floral arrangements, decadent desserts, and a venue fit for a star.

A Texas Mom’s Dying Wish Came True
