Senator Cruz Releases Report on the Obama Administration’s Attempt to Expand Federal Powers

Senator Ted Cruz (R- Texas) released a report Tuesday profiling attempts by President Barack Obama’s administration to expand federal powers.

The Legal Limit report is now in its fifth iteration and profiles court cases that the Obama administration has lost in court while trying to expand federal powers including unanimous losses in the U.S. Supreme Court.

“When President Obama’s own Supreme Court nominees join their colleagues in unanimously rejecting his Administration’s call for broader federal power twenty times since Obama took office,” Senator Cruz said, “The inescapable conclusion is that the Obama Administration’s view of federal power knows virtually no bounds.”
