The Red Raiders were originally predicted to go 4-6 before they played Houston Baptist. The Red Raiders looked so bad against the Huskies that the analytics team at ESPN have completely bailed on the Red Raiders doing anything good whatsoever.

The Red Raiders now have a 2-8 projected record with the only win coming in December in Lubbock against the Kansas Jayhawks. Nevermind Iowa State, Kansas State, and Kansas lost in their openers. Or that Oklahoma State looked bad in their opener. Or that Baylor and TCU still haven't even played this season. None of that is as bad as struggling to an FCS opponent apparently.

I get it but I didn't think the numbers would be so striking from one week to the next. The WVU game shifted nearly 30 percentage points and is now a projected loss! TCU has a nearly 90% chance to beat Texas Tech. Both Oklahoma and Texas moved to single-digit chances for Texas Tech.

Here is the updated game by game breakdown of each game on the Texas Tech schedule along with the percentage chance that Texas Tech has to win that game.
