Could a ‘P’ Payoff for Manuel Garcia?

On Valentine's Day, and enterprising young man spotted what he thought
could be a lucrative opportunity.

According to various reports, Manuel Garcia noticed the P in pharmacy at a Walmart in Edinburg,Tx  looked like it might fall at any moment.

He had the idea to take a picture, continue to stand underneath the sign, and hope that it might fall & hit him. Manuel would then have the possibility of a lawsuit for injuries.

The sign didn't fall and Walmart representatives were appreciative to know about the damaged sign and initiated repairs.
