Help Texans in Franklin Recover After Saturday’s EF-3 Tornado

After an EF-3 tornado touched down in Franklin on Saturday the community quickly adopted 'Franklin Strong' as its motto for overcoming the damage to surrounding communities up and down U.S. Highway 79.

The Franklin High School Student Council began making shirts with the words 'Franklin Strong' on the front and 'We are One' on the back. They will begin selling them on Tuesday for $10. They are available for pre-order now.

A 'pass the hat' donation will be a part of Monday's Rockdale vs Franklin softball and baseball games. Texans wishing to help the Franklin community can also donate to the American Red Cross or Salvation Army.
