Usually, I get the Halloween spirit when the first Fall chill hits the air. This year, I must be getting premature Halloween spirit, due to all the pumpkin spice in the air. Pumpkin spice, afterall, is the official flavor of the Fall season, the one everyone seems to go hysterical over.  It is already showing up everywhere.

I guess you could say "It's beginning to look a lot like Halloween" I know, I know.  I'm ripping off a Christmas tune, but go with me for a second.  I am very comforted to already know there's one thing I won't have to worry about this year in the Halloween season in San Angelo.

The Spirit Halloween store has already posted on their website two magical words: "Coming Soon".  I have no advanced knowledge or inside track on exactly when "soon" is. People tend to think "radio people" get inside tracks. In any event, I think just knowing that Spirit Halloween will be there to indulge all my craziest Halloween costume and decorating fancies gives me one less thing to lay awake contemplating.

Now, I'll be more clear to listen out for the things that go "bump in the night"

San Angelo's Spirit Halloween will open at 4001 Sunset Drive Suite 3000.

With Halloween shopping categories like animatronics, decorations, collectibles, Funko, accessories, girls and boys costumes, toddlers and baby costume and women's and men's costumes. there has to be something for everyone.  Although, I didn't see any geriatric costumes on the list.  They should look into that segment of the population, but I digress.

Spirit Halloween is  already predicting what the hot Halloween costumes and decorations will be for 2022.  You can bet with the release of Disney's long awaited Hocus Pocus 2 on September 30th, that Hocus Pocus costume will be big this year.

Like you, I can't wait to find out exactly when "coming soon" is.  I want to be one of the first in line this year at Spirit Halloween because after the last few stressful years, i am feeling the desperate need to be "paranormal"

The Spirit is strong.  The spirit is in San Angelo.  Can Halloween be far behind?
